March1 Day#1 Spring Creek

March 1st starts the first day of TVF (Total Vertical Feet) which started with me running Waterloo, a 30 footer. Day#1 Spring Creek. Owen and ran spring creek with Tom and Adam before work. The water was starting to flash up when we put on, it made for a good morning before work.
